Recent data have shown exceptional importance of cardiorenal relation disorders at stable CHF and decompensation, which allowed to speak about cardiorenal syndrome (CRS). Cardiorenal syndrome is an extracardiac presentation of the disease. Chronic “subfullness” of the arterial channel with subsequent neurohumoral activation, systemic and nephritic vasoconstriction promotes changes of GFR in response to the hemodynamic changes and development of acute nephritic lesion influenced by nephrotoxic agents and endotoxins.
