Compliance with treatment of patients with CVD is still one of the most pressing problems in medicine. This review examines technological methods to improve compliance, such as development of new drug forms, simplifying taking the drug, technical methods to reminde about medication (dialer, special pill boxes, etc.), telemonitoring system. These methods are quite effective and can be implemented in large populations.
