Background. Electrical remodeling of the heart is one of components of cardiac structural and functional reorganization after Q-MI. Objective. To study the characteristics of fatty acid status of erythrocyte membranes and severity dissinhronizma for different types of postinfarction LV remodeling in patients with FC III CHF. Materials and methods. The study included 115 patients who underwent myocardial infarction macrofocal different location, remoteness from 8 months to 1 year and CHF FC III NYHA. Determined by the type of morphofunctional LV remodeling, examined the fatty acid composition of erythrocyte membranes. Results. It is established that patients with heart failure III FC, there are significant changes the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids in the membranes of cardiomyocytes, which are combined with intra-and interventricular dissinhronizmom and amplified with an increase in dilatation and LV hypertrophy.
