Current evidence shows that sleep disorders, known as sleep apnea, may influence the course and progression of CHF in some patients. The paper provides the analysis of trials conducted to study the causes of sleep apnea syndrome, and discusses the ways of eliminating the episodes of breathing disorders during sleep.
