Urgency. Recently among reasons that influence on cardiovascular pathology progression in negative way central olace takes chronic kidney disease (CKD). Aim. To determine prognostic role of renal function decrease at patients with heart failure (HF). Materials and methods. 251 patients with CHF (118 males), average age – 56,4 ± 11,2. 59 patients had arterail hypertension (AH), 29 – CAD, 163 – combination of AH And CAD. Follow-up was 71,3 ± 18.7 months (mediana 77 months). We conducted the analyses of deaths, number of all-causes hospitalisations, hospitalisations due to cardiovascular diseases worsening and average annual duration of stationary treatment. Results. at baseline there were 88 patients with CKD. 66 (26.3%) patients died during follow-up, among patients without CKD – 38, with CKD – 28. Survival of patients with CHF and GFR<60 ml/min/1.73 m2 was statistically worse (66.1 ± 22.3 vs 74.1 ± 15.3 months, p<0.001). relative risk of death during 6 years in the group of patients with HF and CKD was 1.5 times higher than in the group of patients with preserved renal function. At the same time the increase of hospitalisation number and its duration were revealed. These results show the uncrease of deaths, hospitalisation number and average annual duration of in-patient treatment at patients with HF and CKD.
