Amiodarone is an antiarrhythmic drug which has found its wide application in cardiological practice. A rare side effect of the drug is grey-bluish hyperpigmentation of open skin areas. The non-inflammatory pathological process is localized on cheek, forehead and chin skin. Anobservation of the rare side effect related with long-term amiodarone therapy is presented.
