At present time, interstitial pulmonary diseases have attracted significant attention of researchers due to difficulties of their diagnostics and treatment. Such diseases are associated with development of irreversible pulmonary fibrosis with end–stage cystic and fibrous transformation, which is clinically evident as severe lung insufficiency and subsequently heart failure (HF). In current conditions thetactics of therapyis determined differentially depending on the pathomorphological kind of disease.
