Urgency. Resynchronization of heart performance (RHP) using biventricular electrocardiostimulation is considered among the most promising trends in the correction of CHF refractory to drug therapy. Aim. Studying the time course of intra- and interventricular asynchronism in RHP using the biventricular electrocardiostimulation in patients with CHF. Materials and methods. Effects of heart performance resynchronization on parameters of intra- and interventricular asynchronism were studied in 12 patients with severe CHF and disordered ventricular conduction. Evaluation of patients was conducted before and 6 months after the onset of stimulation and included echoCG with tissue dopplerography, assessment of clinical condition by scale for evaluation of clinical condition (SECC) and 6-min walk test. Results. At 6 months of follow-up we observed an improvement of clinical and hemodynamic parameters associated with improvement of intra- and ineterventricular synchronism.
